Role-based permissions scope who sees which records and fields, changes are accountable, and public forms are explicitly separated from internal data. Infrastructure runs on AWS.

Do clients need logins?

No. Consultation requests, intake forms, and updates work through public forms — clients get a professional experience without another password.

Migration

Can we bring in our existing contacts and matters?

Yes. Exports from your current tools and spreadsheets are what our data conversion service handles — cleaned, mapped, deduplicated, and verified with you.
